I am still unable to connect w/ Ult. Trader. Just called again and could really use some help in getting perspective on this. They tell me that the problem is a "connection" problem and that there is nothing they can do. Yet my modem works everywhere else but with them. They say the problem is "out on the internet" but can't be more specific.

It makes me very uneasy that my broker is unwilling to accept any responsibility for this situation. My computer and connection are working just fine. I understand problems will occur but i expect that the people i am paying 1 to 2k a month in commissions and fees too would be working diligently to resolve this situation instead of sitting on their thumbs. Unless i get a better explaination my business has to go elsewhere. Am I missing something here? Thanks for any perspective anyone has to offer. rod
