Good sugestion ALien.
I tried from FL and the problem is with Sprintlink 144.232.3.133 and 144.232.9.129. the other 15 links all respond in under 125ms.

Thank you Alien, I have exited UT numerous time & also shutdown my machine. Actually i downloaded the program onto my backup machine also with no change in results. The TRACERT you suggested showed a time out after 7 connections at 205.171.4.250 the slowest of which was 124 ms. I am not strong technically so don't really know where to take it from here. Repeated the test w/ basically the same result. Thanks again, rod
