The worst thing the FCC could do for T is to let T's Pyrrhic victory stand. It isn't in T's interest to do what they are attempting and it is in their interest to open the access. They should have cut a deal with this line of useless greedy shortsighted corporations like MSFT, Comcast, UMG, TWX, SBC, AOL, MSPG, BEL, etc., to exchange access for infrastructure building commitments. Everyone thinks Armstrong is so clever, well, he missed this obvious solution which would have addressed all circumstances including the FCC and the huge drag on T's earnings from the clever manipulation suborning Comcast. In light of this obvious point that Armstrong sure didn't get from his hotshot lawyer, don't you think I should be CEO of T? And not that hack amateur who the country is saying is so clever? He's going down in flames.
