I know it's not my computer ... haven't any problems anywhere else. Resent that they always tell me it's ME. The customer service rep. said that he could get into my account without any problem .. meanwhile Explorer said it could not connect to that server, and on Netscape I got either "document contains no data" or just would not connect. Really ticks me off. And then they say I'm the only one having this trouble, so it must be me.
Sometimes it is worse than fighting City Hall! I would almost rather take on Tyson .. at least then I have a fighting chance.

My advice to anyone using NDB today is to use the old one which is classic.ndb,com and get used to it over the weekend.
