Mike: Dell is doing great, the rest are not, that's why it is depressed. Once the numbers are out, Dell will climb hard. CPQ and the others are clearly outclassed by the business model. It will soon become apparent that the others in the industry are losing out more and more to Dell and the PC business is great for DELL but not for everyone. This is the point of maximum pessimism...IMO the only time to truly hold DELL is now.
