Looks like the beginnings of a breakout by EBAY. I think this guy is leading the breakout attempt by the NASDAQ. I do think EBAY is a good stock to monitor for this current market. Earlier today I thought paper trades on EBAY and EXDS would prove to be interesting.

Oh yes...the specifics:

EBAY breakout from 194. Target 209 1/2. 183 3/4 is playable.
EXDS breakout from 88 1/2. Target is 97. 84 1/2 is playable.

Add a few ticks to breakout price. If playing the lower breakout numbers that have addtional risk, monitor stocks response to the higher breakout figures for money and trade management purposes.

Just some thoughts.

I have seen better trading trades per the chart. But I think these stocks are important to monitor so I am paper trading them for this purpose. My attempt to get my feet back into the water instead of remaining an analyst.

**Update**

Looks like EXDS is also attempting to break out along with EBAY. This is where it gets interestng. The big question is will the NASDAQ follow?

When the price did not pop by 1:30 PM, it did call into question this move as being a false move. It was also too predictable. Now we are at 3:00 PM. We shall see. This may turn out to be another "late" market.

The DJIA did break out of its consolidation and is putting in a small intraday flag pattern on the 15 minute chart with a possible retest of its preious high as a target. The SPY has moved up into a new congestion pattern within a former congestion area. So no breakout here, but the SPY is attempting one. The market is still trying to move up from here. I think the NASDAQ will be following to attempt its upside pennant pattern on the 15 minute chart.

The long bond is having trouble selling off more. But I think this is placing a over on any additional gains in the market.
