The RS will not happen. When and if the expected news comes out there will be no need for a RS, imo.

Reverse Split! No way, I have been with 5 companies that reversed split, and they all tanked and went belly up anyway..If an investor hears that dirty word from the company, I'll be the first one to jump ship, along with many others.

without the revenue to support the price you are talking insanity - the price would be right back to it's pre-split price - it may be a topic for discussion when the shares are trading well into the double digits - remember to attract large institutional investors in the future you must have liquidity - also at the right price with solid revenue a reverse split might make sense prior to a necessary secondary offering
