Nirmal: I like your thinking! And you are quite correct when noting that Novadigm is targeting large corporations. As for "selling" I think what you are saying is the offer would have to be quite large for Novadigm to consider it. Again I agree completely. But IBM may well pay the price. They paid a pretty penny for Tivoli a couple of years ago (around three quarters of a billion if I remember correctly) and Tivoli's numbers at that time weren't that much better than Novadigm's (again if I remember correctly)
