Agreed.

This commies left-wing wacko state (Canada) is already losing a lot oof it's best and brightest, yet the US makes it hard to move there, due to restrictions on spouses...

America could benefit tremendously if it woke up...

and no, we are not taking jobs away from americans, we are filling holes in your workforce in IT, Communications, Engineering & Nursing/Health care.

Wake up america.

Also, eventually these expats canadians would want to become americans in alot of cases, thereby enriching american society with very high quality labour...

JMHO

Take care
Jean

OT - immigrants and Canucks
Wayne,

I'll let you in on something - most of us Canucks are already here in the US ;) <g> We are the SNOW-BACKS! The 4th largest group of immigrants in the US - if I remember correctly the article I read. Many of us are here illegally as well but NAFTA has made it much easier for people with needed skills.

As for NAZTY777 - my experience has been that the "immigrants" here constitute a large portion of the technical people wherever I have worked. I have found immigrants to be very well educated and highly skilled and the US economy would not be what it is without them.
