V$gas, lovely sentiments, my friend, enjoy your quiet time and look in on us every now and then.

Since you're feeling laid back, go buy a bike, and really enjoy those rolling hills in Texas. There's nothing, I mean, nothing like cruising down that road @ 60 plus with the wind in your face.

Best, Joe

From what I can see, Mymusiccard.com has the best overall CD prices. I did some searching using GoTo, Snap, Infoseek and some other search engines for the word or abbreviation "CDs". I never found Mymusiccard.com but I did find many, many other sites selling CDs. Although I did not thoroughly check all the sites I entered, I did notice that they typically all had higher prices for the few CDs I searched for. Bottomdollar.com searches through about 20 different big name sites and lists the prices for a given CD for all of them. From what I could see, Mymusiccard would have beaten them all.

Basically, nobody looking for music online knows we exist. I understand that our marketing approach should expose us to many people but they definitely could do more and I believe they will be doing more soon. Maybe a multi-branded advertising CD developed with TEMPO or someone else mailed to every damn human on the planet. I know I use AOL because they sent it right to my house for free. I don't even care for AOL but I keep using it. Give away some cards, get some exposure, make some money. Mymusiccard has great prices. If they can consistently ship CDs on time their isn't much reason to shop anywhere else.

I do believe that the site needs to include some group bios, reviews, and a similar tastes list. Most other sites have them and I find them useful and interesting. I also think that a used CD exchange or credit system has some definite possibilities. Send in 3 used CDs that are on our list of 250,000 and you can select a new one for yourself. Mymusiccard then, let's say, sells only 2 of the 3 used CDs for $7 each. That's $14 in their pockets vs. $10.99. What ever they get for the third CD is icing on the cake. I know there is some inventory costs, sitting on inventory, and the whole question of building up an inventory but it's just a thought. Maybe we could partner with an existing used CD dealer who knows. TSIG needs to get other things squared away before they start getting into that.

What about allowing advertising on our site? Kind of ads legitimacy to the site and TSIG. Hell, give companies free advertising as an extra incentive to do a promo card deal with Mymusiccard.

Well, that's enough rambling for now.
