Web, not a bad idea. Why not both. I should clarify that I think if they had showrooms, I'd still do all the ordering thru the on-line store. The showroom would measure its success by some metric like, perhaps as we previously discussed, a code that potential customers would get that they would enter if they bought from home or something or they could give the code on a card to the small resellers who would still be part of the equation, or of course which showroom orders were entered from if they ordered on site. You'd have to have some incentive for the customer to hold onto and use the card. The code would perhaps indicate the individual salesperson in the showroom so credit could be given to the best salespersons.

Your idea of small mall showrooms would complement a series of large high end showrooms in big markets. Rich
