WE clearly state WE ARE SHORT, doesn't take a whole lot of "leading to believe". All You have to do is Read, one more time,

I AM SHORT

Robert,

A couple more points on the downward curve for ZSUN.

Probably the most important is an article in today's print issue of Business Week entitled "Size Does Matter in Asia's Cyber Race", which shows that "Old-line conglomerates are crowding out the nimble newcomers". Given what I know about doing business in the Orient, it makes sense that Chinese internet users would turn to an established "name". A reading of this article also shows me that ZSUN is already facing substantial competition, and possibly may be already preempted, in each of the niches that it is reputedly in.

In addition, CBS Marketwatch seems to have picked up the ZSUN story. Its lead is "Not many Internet companies with big promise get by investors these days. Here's one that maybe should have."
