i did notify datek mohan, i did phone datek, a courtesy call, making them aware that cnbc had contacted me. simply said i responded to the questions honestly and as best i understood the whole mess (which i'm not sure i really do understand it all that well)...guess datek didn't understand it so well either!!!! also told datek she was most interested in the compensation that was offered etc. and that i felt 230 free trades seemed more fair!, but nothing more than the 20 had been offered. then i placed the question to datek...have you considered anything further to the customers involved? reply was that they hadn't had the opportunity to decide anything more at this time.
