Kit, Merritt will disagree, but I think SangStat is a good spec. We knew from day one that Novartis would sue them and I mentioned it here two years ago. But they also have lawyers and they know patent law, and they have taken many steps to differentiate from Neoral. So, I think we have a lot of huffing and puffing, but Sang starts to sell 20% under Novaris's price. And in this billion dollar market growing at 40% a year, that could mean some good money for an $11 stock.

I have no idea about the spike earlier in the week. Never heard any news or even rumors on it.
