Marc: Re: "I'm holding on to my current modest semi capex holdings in
the big 4 and ASYT."

ASYT to report earnings on Tuesday. Stock has been strong on sector down days and steady on up days. I see analyst firm accumulation over the past two weeks. We have also seen three upgrades to "strong buy" in the midst of the nice order announcement from TI. We have consensus of -.29 for the quarter. Everything seems poised for a run to the low 20s. I would listen to the conference call carefully to determine if there will be a new upward trading range or a pop and fade due to distribution.

Regardless, with consensus next year at -.08 or so, estimates will have to be revised upwards soon.

re:money supply. Having not received my MarkeTimer yet I was somewhat alarmed to hear Bob say that money supply growth is not so great if I heard right. I think this has been a big factor in Bob's model staying positive and in the market continuing to be bullish. If the Fed is clamping down on the money supply given all the other stuff going on this market is starting to sound grim. Is this discussed in MarkeTimer and care to comment if this is as negative development as I suspect
