Boy this market is really hard to read. Normally, for the short term (1-5days) it's not that hard per my system, but I'm really getting alot of mixed reads, much more than normal. Keep in mind I'm only talking about a short term read (1-5 days).

Don, I couldn't agree with this statement any more. My head actually hurts from going back and forth from chart to chart. I have been watching the nutz as a group very carefully. Stocks like NSOL and YHOO are in sitting at pretty critical support right here while some are holding up pretty well. This of course will make any impending breakout that much more demanding considering the overall damage done to the group. Yet the market indexes appear to have that upward bias I was looking for. The continuing rise in rates however does appear bothersome.

So which divergence is the correct one??

Time will tell.

Good luck trading.
