Hard to tell re his intent. Somehow he's tweaked his SI profile so that it provides no record of his SI activity. Now how does one do that? Do like the cartoon, though. ggg. Ken

Mr Baldwin The only reason I post the filings by DCTC, is to Alert people that there are filings. I have no intent to Harm DCTC, as I have been a holder of this stock for almost two years now. I have been a lurker on this thread since Aug.1997. Since I don't have a collage degree and I don't understand all of the filings,I depend upon some (BUT NOT ALL) of the comments here. I am long on DCTC & will remain so till the CO. is sold (all of it). You shouldn't judge people you don't know. Also my e-mail is made Public ,so I am not trying to hide any of my intents. BOB p.s.(this is my way of venting NO RESPONCE NESSARY)
