Rick,
I was unaware that COC seals had been broken. The question is (and it is a very important question, IMO)who broke the seal, Naxos or Ledoux.

If it was leDoux, fine. If it was naxos, that would be a huge breach of protocol, and as someone who bought a PP based on those results, I think it would open up a HUGE legal can of worms.

It is my personal belief that if anyone has concerns about the integrity of the "New" Naxos management, their outside consultants or their agendas, should sell their shares and move on to stocks that they DO believe in.

I am considering just that.
