Yes, the market health is still intact, particularly from a non-NASDAQ perspective. But the technicals for the NASDAQ are still weak with still further downside possible. Also in a previous post there is some significant things going aganst the NASDAQ market right now. And GE's recovery is still in process. Leadership will be tenuous at best in an upcoming rally by the market. A market without its former tech leadership can be break even by lets say the end of the year. Still can be good for short term traders.

As I have discussed in a previous post, I think this market will break to the upside. But its follow through is in question. A rally that can follow through may take time to unfold. And even though the market wants to break out, it is not ready today. This last comment is the observation that my recent comments in previous posts are directed to.
