SWS,

One last thought.SWS is behaving just like a private citizen who

is making a windfall profit in the stock market. He goes out and buys a new house ,a new car, etc.

SWS is just beginning to take advantage of its' windfall profit in NITE.It is investing 40 million of its' NITE profits in its'
My Discount Broker online subsidiary. This will add to its' bottom line,
without showing an expense other than the profit from NITE.

IMHO,
Manny T.

Is NITE scheduled to make a secondary offering soon?

I heard it was, and a SI regular, whose opinion I respect very much, told me he expected there to be some profit-taking when that happens. In his opinion, SWS would be well advised to unload its NITE shares ahead of time, since its price could also be adversely affected.

The price of SWS has been closely correlated with NITE's price this past month. Frankly, it makes me uneasy when the price of the stock in one company is so dependent on the price of another company's stock. It's all right, I suppose, when the price of Company B's stock is going up, but when it is going down....?
