Well, I think it's pretty clear that ARTT would need to come back to the markets at SOME point Bernard. In the meantime, if they get their $125MM to get the $200MM LU capex funding, they will use THEIR cash operationally until they get further funding, and that could last them years. They won't be buying $300MM worth of Lucent equipment in the near term.
