Yes, today's close bodes well for next week. There are some gleaming values sitting there for the taking as well as some story stocks and takeover targets which could pop any time.

Feel good with my BKS, ATT-ATHM, COMS, CDNW, IATV, BEBE and PFE. Even the best second tier nuts have taken big hits in the past two weeks. Like FATB and DCTI to recover. Like many software stocks too though I don't have enough cash to be in them all. Have to satisfy myself with MSFT, ORCL, WIND and CRYSF.

Wish I hadn't sold my MRVC. Oh well.

Chinese students burn U.S. flag at embassy
BEIJING, May 8 (Reuters) - Angry Chinese students burned a U.S. flag outside the American embassy in Beijing on Saturday during a mass demonstration against the NATO bombing of the Chinese embassy in Belgrade, witnesses said.

Hundreds of students and onlookers cheered and clapped as the flag was burned outside the main gates of the building. Police stood and watched.
