They want to do as much damage as possible in order to blame it on NATO. It is obvious that the busload of Serbs was bombed by the Serb Military Police in order to enrage the Serb people. Besides that hundreds of thousands of Serb families might be fleeing their homes in terror over the NATO bombing. Serb fathers are raping their own daughters in order to blame it on the KLA.
