Read the 10K when it comes out.

I would expect to see a similar R&D agreement for 157nm scanners as was put in place for the 193nm scanners (i.e. 6 companies contributed $5M each in return for preferential order treatment on the first available 193nm scanners.) Thus I would expect this time, INTC gets to pay full price for the F2 Laser (157nm) equipped scanner, but probably gets first right of refusal for some specified number of them. ... in addition to the converts that they got.

We may or may not see the details in the 10K. If SVGI believes this to be a material development than there should be an 8K filed sooner.

Personally, I'd look at a long term business relationship with INTC as being a material event.
