Robert if you put this in as a "limit" or "GTC" no one would have to take your buy order unless there was an "exact" bid sitting out there for it.

I think the PR was an indication that we are getting closer but I personally wouldn't take the "no buy" order as an indicator right now.
It simply means you weren't hitting the "ask"
