David Robinson,
After that insulting news release from today, there is nothing to discuss with you. You obviously don't understand. We will do the best we can to remove you at the AGM.
Cheers,
Cracker
Keep the faith!
PS
As many e-mails as we have received at OHT3@webtv.net or dentalirc@prodigy.net I don't think your phones have been too busy. That's a laugh.
Also, we love doing deals. However, we would like the right to approve large issuances of shares.

The tide is turning????? I'm sorry, what you see is a mirage. It doesn't exist. If you would read carefully the next few posts, you will see, and hear, the roar behind your "tide" is a tidal wave! And it's heading toward you full steam.

In post 1023 you indicate that you seem to be enjoying this "debate" with cracker. You find any humor at all that you have the majority of the shareholders about to lower the curtain on you and yours. I certainly hope you can maintain your sense of humor, you're going to need it. If I were you and the rest of the board, all of you, I would take this very seriously. No rollback!!...and you had better come up with something VERY positive by/before the A.G.M.

Your good old Mullins group better start burning some midnight oil. (If there's any to be had)

I believe the "alternatives" by cracker means Tracer going in a different direction. However probably as a last resort.

"I have already guaranteed that I will resign if Tracer loses the NASDAQ listing, which will likely happen as of July 20th if the shareholders defeat the resolution regarding the consolidation. However, I have no intention to "tuck tail and run", as you put it - I have too much into this, and I have already committed to too many people (shareholders, management, the Board) that I will do whatever I can to make Tracer into a success".

What do you personally have into this? We know the shareholders include Saracen and Knights Bridge and members of the board. Who else. Which of the many long time shareholders besides those have you committed anything to. Ah, never mind, I'm not expecting an answer to that. But, I am interested in the last comment that you will do whatever you can to make Tracer a success. You have 4 weeks to begin the resurrection and have Tracer over a dollar. You're still being distracted by cracker but you should worry about what you can't see or seem to hear, the silent majority. And believe me, that dull roar you're beginning to hear is a freight train heading towards Calgary.

What does your fellow boardmembers have to say about all these posts. Our are they planning just to continue to keep silent? Seems strange we haven't heard anything from them.
