Dave, get off my case. There are enough dinks like you on this thread that the rest of us have had to endure for a long time. Please, either contribute constructively to this thread about NPEC or leave.

That is a long time isn't it. Let's see what dates they come up with to implement the three phases the EMAIL pointed out. NPEC has alot more appeal now with Metroplus in addition to the stake in MDIN and Medinah Gold. Monday is going to be Great!! (if the NR does come out)
