Mohan, A Dogway acquisition would make me happy. I have owned this barker as long as Dell (anything next to Dell is a bow-wow) and would love to unload it to get more Dell shares. Maybe then Kemble would stop busting my Kahones about selling Dogway.

Mohan, I think you are confusing gross profit and gross margin. The issue is increasing gross profit -- I don't care about profit margin. Look at it this way: suppose you have two companies, the first with sales of $20BB with a gross margin of 22%, and the second with sales of $5 BB and a gross margin of 15%. The first has gross profit of 4.4BB and the second has gross profit of $750MM. Put them together and you have sales of $25BB and gross profit of %5.15BB giving you a gross margin of 20.6%. The erosion in margin isn't important. The increase in gross profit is. Remember, we only care about gross profit
