Where did you read about the lawsuit? Didn't Checkmate developed this internally? Read the annual report. Don't like that the company has two CEOs... both paid about $330K. Do they think this business is the size of GM? Also, was amazed that problem with entouch screen could result in such poor sales in Q1. The screen shouldn't be the main reason. Smells something fishy here... just like something fishy with the principals taking quick profits from their options. Are there any long term believers among management? Victor, if you're reading this, tell Barry and the others to put their real money same as the shareholders. Otherwise, the stock price will remain in the dog house!
