ATTENTION SHAREHOLDERS....TIPS DIVIDEND & SEA EYE CONFERENCE UPDATE!! Mr Tilton did contact NASD Dividend Division in Trumbull CT.(you may call same if you have any further questions as well as your own financial advisors)this morning and was told TNRG is doing everything properly and the 5/20 DOR is still in effect (allow 3 day settlement, purchase no later than 5/17 to insure entitlement) NASD sets the ex-dividend date,not TNRG or SEC, and NASD has the ex-dividend date in a pending status awaiting the effectiveness of a registration statement to be filed with the SEC to register the shares(1 share of TIPS for every 4 shares of TNRG owned) that are being given as a dividend.Keep in mind TNRG being a BB-OTC company is not bound by same rules as some examples given here yesterday regarding ex-dividend dates for NYSE and other major exchange companies.(Again consult NASD and or own financial advisors as T A P and TNRG has nothing more to add beyond this update) Mr Tilton did express concern over the fact that so many are more concerned about the ex-dividend technicality than more important developments within TNRG / TIPS which seem to be forgotten.http://www.tnrg.com/holdings.html For instance the Sea Eye conference news went virtually without much enthusiasm amongst those here, when the SEA EYE project could possibly generate substantial revenues in the 10's of millions of dollars. Sponsors of the conference include: the U.S. Naval Underseas Warfare Center Division, the U.S. Office of Naval Research, the U.S. Naval Research Laboratory, NATO SACLANT Undersea Research Center, Yale University, Columbia University and Boston University. Mr Tilton informed T A P that key personnel from both China Navy and U.S. Navy will attend and this could lead to further negotiations concerning substantial contracts. Also the SEA EYE 3-D video game is targeted for release in time for this Christmas season. All the progress of AWEB.com and AAAMALL.net seem to have been lost in this ex-dividend uncertainty which could only be a real concern to short term holders when you look at long term prospects of all the diversification and prospects of TNRG / TIPS and possible future acquisitions and spin-offs. You have the Sports Division with the Thunderloons off to their best start ever which could increase its asset value if they should continue on to playoffs and the Calvalcade of Boxing which has long standing Cable television agreements which add some revenues. Then you have the Medical Division with the Tracker Device which is in the process of FDA approval that could generate substantial revenue, as well and other medical related devices within that division. The future looks better than ever for TNRG / TIPS with their business relationships particularly in China with the China Internet sector going strong and Microsofts Bill Gates pushing for the expansion of Internet there and AWEB working on the Asian market place addition to AAAMALL.net.With all of these things working for TNRG / TIPS, the upside seems to out weigh the downside and should be considered more than when an ex-dividend goes into effect which could only be of immediate importance if one plans on selling off for short term gains.
