Joe,

I can't find an argument with what you are saying. Your comments reflect my thinking of a year ago. Thanks for the answer.

Right Joe you cannot ignore the facts...they are insolvent. I won't argue about their tech. That's why I bought "in" in the first place. All they need is 3 creditors who have not been paid to petition chapter 11 and it's all over. Read my previous post. To stay alive they have to give away equity which decreases shareholder value. Why do you think the bond holders are happy with the deal...they now own a good piece of the company..something they didn't have before...Now more cash is needed. New money coming in to save the day will be really expensive. They should have taken the deal which was on the table to get Commenwealth out. But that's gone now....Good Luck

Let me play devils advocate. Why is their technology better? What if the CEO made a bad decision or had no choice in leaving his prior position? How do you know the debtors don't want to convert - they automatically have the right after 20 consecutive $1.50 trading days? How much is microsoft really involved or interested? What unnamed players are considering a large equity stake? Why did PICK go from 2.80 to 1.19? Why isn't it at 5.00? Don't get me wrong I am long on PICK, but I am interested to know where the bottom is. Every day, we loose some ground despite the rebound in internet stocks. Just food for thought.
