Re: "a 15% chance outright that they say they expect the second half of the year to be soft."

So what! Michael Dell has already said on national television the second half of 1999 Dell will grow faster than the market. May be if investor's will just listen to the CEO of the company they are looking to invest in stead of trying to second guess all the time they will get it straight and make themselves some money. Cisco is becoming too sure of themselves and they are in the wrong end of the business to do that. Lots of small fish tailing them!

Not sure how much truth to it but over on the PAIR thread someone stated that AOL may not purchase Cisco's product which competes with PAIR's That would be big loss to them as I'm sure your aware? And I just hope the market put's everything in perspective and not throw the baby out with the bath water!

Nothing wrong with Dell but it's stock price and unfortunately that's one of the few things Dell management cannot control.
