I beg to differ ... I went and did some DD on it and guess what ... I was right. They are hurting for capital ... it is in the filings and in their profile also. Biopool International and its subsidiaries are engaged in the research, development, production and sale of test kits used to assess and diagnose disorders of the vascular system. For the nine months ended 9/30/98, sales fell 11% to $11.2 million. Net income fell 68% to $370 thousand. Revenues reflect the unavailability of a finished product and lower immunohematology product sales in Europe. Earnings also suffered from lower margins due to lower volumes. ALSO *However, we do not anticipate the return of former customers lost during the 1998 disruptions.* PLUS in April it got delisted from NASDAQ and now on the OTC. ALso this selling of assets was announce two months ago. I hope you all do well but I personally do not see the gleeful excitement over this stock. I'm sorry but this only took what 10 mins by reading the filing. I Think that states why they are selling their assets... Also a lot of their backers with 144 stock are also selling theri stock. Maybe I am looking at this wrong but I do not see where you are so excited about these stock . :-) GB
