I tend to agree with you.

The stock has had a great run and its a good time to get out.

Long term their analog business is solid but networking and the PCOAC appliance market are questionable.

It is unclear to me how big the PCOAC market really is over the next few years.

And you probably know Intel will have its solution end of next year called timna.

I was out at 19 9/16 - smart Back in - sort of
20 May 20 calls today. Something could happen soon? Can't be totally on the sidelines<G> I guess the IBM buy of Lotus haunts me. Fri Lotus was 30 Mon morning it opened @ 60!!
