Hello Joe,

Not a chance of the reverse! Every stock guy in the world would tell Trailmobile that the "right way" to do things would be thru an IPO. No history, no disenchanted shareholders, bigger following, and, oh yeah, very large, hidden fees.

But maybe I'm just a cynic.

I'd think it much more likely that Trailmobile helped to put a positive spin on MII in the case that they divest, or spin-off the Canadian assets. It only makes sense that they would try to increase the value of their new asset. This is probably the best reason to own the stock.

But maybe I don't get it.
