How can it be vital to the industry? They have done fine without it for many years. Who's to say that execs are going to spend 10K 15K 20K per station for something they have done without for years. I thought it was the changing legislative environment (EPA regs) that were going to lead the horse to water. If that doesn't happen you better not plan on order takers as a sales staff. You will need a marketing folks with connections and respect from this industry.
