Patricia, I was under the impression that cash is not exactly a plenty at TSIG, that is why they reverted to the floorless debenture, to support the $30 MM in sales to Signature, one would assume that some working capital will be required (not even counting all the other businesses), they surely are not going to redeem these for cash and it is likely that the last $4.2 MM will be converted as well. The only salvation is positive cash flow and soon, but I understand that has been delayed by at least another quarter. Zeev
