I must say I completely respect the DD done by Dr. Frankel and REW as well as others, However what I cannot understand and that we have had an outstanding number of very positive press releases in an industry which has a very large potential ( e-commerce) and what I think is an excellent business plan. Yet the share price keeps falling and the shares in the float keep increasing....sorry this is an investment REDFLAG. Now I have posted before that if the number of outstanding shares were 150,000,000 and the market cap was 1 billion dollars, then we would see a share price of about 6.65 dollars,
3.33 if the market cap was 500 million..........so using this simple formula, TSIG is certainly a Bargain at this price.....and at .50 and even at .75.......But they must produce revenues to generate interest in this stock in order to see a higher share price. Interest appears to be subsiding also something must be done to assure the market of the stability of the "share count" I have seen this before......people rallying around the stock of the century .....really cheap.....than whammy.....something like a RS occurs and screws everyone.....well I am long for sure but my faith in the share structure of this company is nill.........I am not bashing here by any means.....but the stock price is not performing and the share count is going up......coupled with the fact that Gorden wants a NASDAQ listing........I suspect the share price will rise once the number of OS is final......with none of this convertable crap ever being a factor again....but if it doesn't tow the mark, --- if Gorden wants a NASDAQ listing, this means a little "Tummy Tuck" on the share count. If I didn't see this before, I would totally blow this off.
