Dispite the Central Bank's move,

I still think there will be a flight to precious metals as a hedge against Millennial panic. Dispite the recent drop in gold shares, I am still up 8% on my gold funds. They had soared 20% the past month prior to the news.

This British Central Bank news is nothing but a ploy. Rising gold stock prices on top of the oil price spike was spooking the bond markets into a panic situation. The "news" came out just as 30 year bonds were hitting key resistance levels. What a coincidence!

Still long gold, just in case.
