Do you also think the Serbians bombed the Chinese embassy to blame it on NATO? Or the parking lot outside a hospital with cluster bombs they don't have?

Let's look at the suspects. NATO: Feeding hundreds of thousands of refugees, and providing shelter and medicine and protection. Serbs: Starving hundreds of thousands of refugees, and burning their shelters, and stealing their medicine and killing and raping them. Hmmmmm!? Doesn't it make you feel real warm inside when you think about these honorable Serbs? Looking at each one's qualifications for mayhem, one would have to think that the Serbs bombed the bus. Whats a few more victims to the Serb baby killers?
