I think another great idea would be to get the IMF to open an E*Trade account for each refugee family. That way, they can use their computers/net connections to daytrade internet stocks! They can daytrade their way to prosperity! The Atlanta FED president says the economy is so good he has to pinch himself when he wakes up in the morning, so this bull market should have a ways to run, giving them plenty of time to take advantage of this goldilocks environment.
