My guess is that JMAR is going to put all its forces behind the x-ray sources effort and get them to market ASAP since that is where the big money is. They may be shifting some projects to the backburner to put all efforts in this area. I expect to see some impacts on near term earnings as JMAR spends the money required to get these things going. I fully support that effort if I am right in my perceptions. The x-ray effort is JMAR's grand slam. Any speeding up of the effort, even if it impacts the short-term earnings is positive. That is probably why they gave an alert to a weak 1st quarter that some on Yahoo think may be a loss. New management, Darpa funds, and I would suspect alliances will move JMAR quickly into a new realm. (The x-ray market is far too large for JMAR to exploit by itself). Everyone should be patient as this unfolds. The L.A. Times article is just the starting shot.
