DAVID,

Vivus has been "going it alone" so to speak since the beginning of this year and will continue to support the product but certainly under a tightly controlled budget. Do not be concerned that LW plans on shooting himself in the foot an 11th time(he has already blown off all his toes so you don't have to worry about it). As time passes the negotiating position of Vivus becomes more favorable.

As far as the meeting goes......still undecided but I will discuss it with you tonight. Lots of questions to ask LW if we are to attend this meeting.

I agree. It seems strange but it is possible that the company has been so downtrodden that he couldn't make a fair deal so he is trying conservatively to increase domestic sales while he waits for Alibra to get to market and maybe the mysterious female Arouse. Probably the so called partners are trying to screw him while things are bad and he is not having any part of it. I would have to give him credit if true.
