Thank you, Victor: If you still have the '99 proxy statement, look at page 12. One of the directors who purchased shares, Judith Craven, is listed as having zero (0) shares. Although she did buy 1,000 shares according to the WSJ article, I'd say its about time. I would not be surprised if she, of all board members, was put under a lot of pressure to make a token statement by buying shares. These shares were obviously purchased out of her own pocket because she and Frank Doyle, "... received initial stock option grants of 31,250 shares on July 17, 1998 and January 29, 1999 at a price of $33.94 and $47,63 per share, respectively [p. 9]."
