One of the ICCSA convertible holders filed an SC13-D under the name Benny Shabtai, a joint US-Israeli national. If anyone here has heard of him, please let us know.

He has 100K of ICCSA shares he has to jam through the thinly traded ICCSA float. Should be interesting. And that is only 10% of the shares waiting for conversion.
