It looks like they are registering shares that may be issued as part of his executive pay options.

Herb. What Ben said. From what I understand, registering them is the first step before selling them. It doesn't mean he will sell, it just means he can. Still, it doesn't help any that he'd register them with the stock price so low. As a shareholder, it irritates me that he's positioning himself to get his now, while I'm in the red on my IOM stock. Options are supposed to provide an incentive for mgmt to increase shareholder value. The best way to do that is to set them deep out of the money and far in the future. What kind of incentive is it when they pay off in 6 months with the stock < 2 points from a 52-week low? Grumble, grumble.
