< It will be all TSIG's fault.> so, are you hinting that the stock price shouldn't be tied to the performance of the company, rather, the performance of the thread? I'll wait for the 10Q, so we can judge the performance of the company..DD
PS: if this new PR firm had anything to do with the "$3.00 PP explaination"..I'm not sure TSIG's money is being spent wisely..appears like deceptive spin to me.Why didn't they use .30,would heve been a bit more representative of the current price.,IMO of course..

What's new in this news release that we were not already aware of? It seems the terms of this PP have been rehashed to death and we've all known that the POTENTIAL exists for having to add millions of shares to the float and that this number will be minimized as the share price increases.

>>The bringing down of the stock value due to the bashing threw out any hope of better financing. The PP then became the best source again due to the stock value not being high enough to support asking a better lender to come forward<<

REW, I think it is unfair to blame this thread, even the bashers, for the stock price. The dilution is what is bringing the stock price down, once investors became fully aware of the terms of the PP. Some of us on the thread are merely reacting to it. What can be expected when 66M shares are issued to cover 6.6M dollars in loans. I was under the impression the company would need 5M maximum.

And if they need another 3.4M, then we can expect another 34M shares issued. Who can blame shareholders for being disturbed? As I remember you once quoted Gordon as laughing at the thought that we would only be at 3-5/share by May or June. Perhaps he was laughing for a different reason than we thought?

If a few posters on SI can really bring the price of this stock down, especially given the large number of shares OS, then we are in bigger trouble than I thought.

Bob,

What is the latest on the Dick Clark relationship with TSIG? The InfoComm convention is coming to Orlando June 10, 1999 at the Orlando Auditorium. This is a big convention and they are advertising:

Rockin' Infocomm with Dick Clark

Do you know if his organization is pushing the Card or not.

Jeff

Bob, stoppit already.

What happened to having the company financed to get where everyone wants it to go?

How many times has it been repeated here that there would not be a reason to take any more of Vinnie's and Vito's money?

This is just another excuse and use of a cushion that shouldn't have been needed if TSIG executed what was on their plate.

What happened to all the NMF revenues? What happened to the $50,000,000 expected from the Babe Ruth kids? What happened to the dough coming form the Phil Espo relationship?

C'mon, it's the same ol same ol from Mr. Gordon's leadership. Great ideas and I certainly cannot fault him for that. But you need a surgeon for surgery not the carpenter that built the operating room.

Look back into the man's history. Show us where under his leadership there was any revenue on a consistent basis. Nada!! He's the only salesman there. And inbetween selling shares to new investors there's no revenue coming in to the company.

Wake up and smell the flowers people. Check all the records. These are facts. Unless there is a change-out I'm very concerned about where TSIG will be when the next bux are needed. Mr. Gordon will just roll up his sleeves again and find Angelo and Patricci who will be glad to give him another lease on life for a mere 600,000,000 shares that the shareholders only find out about 5 months later.

As you go back through the records last spring and summer there was always talk of the PP will be done next week, Next month, 10 days 15 days. I must have counted more than 100 posts saying the same thing. The only thing different was the new date. But guess what? It didn't come until after the 3rd quarter ended. If you believe that was not on purpose I'm looking at a bridge out my window that I'd like to sell you. That's why we never knew the details until after March '99.

Bob, it's only a matter of time, but you too if you are the long term shareholder I believe you to be, that you will also want a new jockey.
