you don't know unless you try each one

I've finally come around to seeing things yours and Spots way in reference to my two OS/two operations drive setup. I had to actually experience the drawbacks to really know what you were talking about. Well the experience is over and Spots is now helping me convert to a one OS/two operations drive setup with the OS remaining on primary ide 1 and installing my TA apps from there onto SCSI 0 drive.

The question at hand is whether or not to delete the existing OS on the scsi drive if I'm going to be running everything from the OS on the primary ide drive. By deleteing it there would obviously not be a second OS to get out of sync with. By keeping it I could boot directly to the scsi drive if I had to.

I'd be intersted in getting your opinion....delete or not delete?

TIA
