you could be right, from the info I have this stock should never have traded.

But it did and it is.

Company has a whole pile of S~~~~ to deal with and hopefully we will end up on the right side

No one is buying restricted shares here, we are all buying phantom shares.

if they suspended..we would just have to hold until they open on Nasdaq right??? we would still have shares tho....

I think it'll be 10 before the sec even get's to this stock...
