past does matter. capitalization growth means larger revenue growth which means huge
installed base which means automatic annuity revenue stream for moves adds and
changes which means larger R & D which means more intellectual property, which
means faster product cycles which means winner stays winner if managed well.

NN negative effect on net sector. Ask Mr. Matthews, CEO at NN, what he does with his R&D on new projects funded by NN
Skunkworks development labs?

Answer: He pushes intellectual property out to form new companies and doesn't let NN shareholders
benefit a red cent. This increases his own fortune while penalizing us shareholders. None
of the NN development engineers complain because they get rich going into these new
ventures and win big. Investors lose big. I hope someone takes action on this soon.

TM has a formula to take care of himself and a few inner circle around him...just like the
pattern of behavior TM showed at helm of Mitel.

The lack of performance and leadership NN has showed over the last 5 years will not
change. Good news, Lutz will window dress NN to be bought by someone, but it won't
be British Telecom. TM preannouce ATM 2 years before it was shipping...killing
existing revenue streams. TM mis annouce British Telecom standardized on NN
VPN...NOT so and British Telecom printed retractions to NN statements last summer.

Face it NN is a side show at the circus and we don't trust their financial reporting, but
someone will buy them for RBOC penetration. This is the only spike you will see.
Cabletron and NN were made for each other with two CEO's which ran them into the
ground. Maybe they should merge...2 negatives equals a positive.

Regardless NN metrics wil NOT affect CSCO just like CAbletron metrics did not affect CSCO.
